Check booking status
Check your booking, view your booking code and ticket number, pay, or cancel, using two details from your booking.
What you need
- 🔢 Payment codeThe number you get after booking, in your confirmation email and SMS
- 📱 Phone number used to bookThe mobile number you entered when booking
Opens the BusX booking status page in a new tab. Enter your payment code and phone number, then search.
What you can do on the status page
- 🎫 See your booking code, ticket number, departure time and pick-up/drop-off points
- 💳 Pay, or change the payment method, before the deadline
- ✖️ Cancel the booking
What the status means
- Awaiting payment
- Not paid yet. Pay before the time shown, or the booking is cancelled automatically.
- Paid / Confirmed
- Your seat is confirmed. On the day, show your ticket or booking code at the operator's counter before departure.
🚌 On the day of travel
Arrive at the pick-up point at least 30 minutes before departure and check in at the operator's counter.
