How do I book a bus ticket online?
Choose your origin, destination and travel date in the search box and press "Search". Pick a trip and seat, fill in passenger details and pay. Your ticket is sent by email and SMS.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB), PromptPay QR, K PLUS, or at 7-Eleven and Counter Service within the payment time limit.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the ticket on your phone (email or SMS) or give your booking number at the operator's counter before departure.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in at the counter. See the check-in counters page for locations.
How do I check my booking?
Open the "Check booking status" page and enter your payment code and the phone number used for booking to see your booking code and payment status, or cancel.
Can I cancel or change my trip?
Cancellation, date change and refund rules depend on each operator. Please contact the operator or its counter before departure.
